Unfortunately last year, I had to put the writing of my book on the shelf as my mother had a long health crisis. But I’m back to it this year.

Thanks for the encouragement. 🙏🏻❤️

G'day Grace. Your title caught my attention. Is your book based on a theory of Go with your Gut? I'm new to the concept of Human Design so will check it out a bit more.

Hello Kellie. Human Design is more than a theory. It is the Science of Differentiation. The phrase to "go with your gut" can be interpreted in many ways. Given the emergence of scientific evidence that shows how our solar plexus has more neuropathways than our brains this phrase is apt. My book is a teaching memoir of overcoming PTSD by learning and following my inner authority which isn’t “my gut”. You’ll have to read more to find out the difference. 😉 Thanks for reading and for your question. It’s a great question.

ahh, but isn't the solar plexus our "gut" in symbolic terms? I will continue to read :-)

Yes, that is correct. In Human Design the solar plexus may be an inner authority referred to as having emotional authority. Why I am being careful is because there are other inner authorities such as sacral authority which may easily get confused with that "gut" feeling. Likewise for splenic authority.

Does this link in with NLP? I know a practitioner and they use the terminology "differentiation" a lot.

I am also a practitioner of NLP and no it is not them same thing. Great question though. I think many modalities can have a crossover with language when there’s a Universal truth to it.

To all my subscribers, please don’t post your contact information on an open public platform like this. You can reach out to me privately through substack by direct messaging me.

Ken, thank you for your enthusiasm however I am not currently accepting clients as I am dedicated to writing my book and this newsletter. The International School of Human Design has a list of certified professionals who can give individual Human Design readings. If you are uninitiated on the subject of Human Design it is a lot to take in with strange new terminology but if you stay tuned here to my newsletter I will be presenting Human Design in as easy to understand way with real life application. Thanks for your support.
