The language of HD you’ve provided here, really helped understand why I never acted on my past and frequent suicidal ideations. Similar to your experience, talking with others (mind to mind so to speak) was TOTALLY ineffective!! Yet somehow, I was blessed to make timely, fortuitous connections with my sacral authority … which was having nothing to do with acting on my mind’s suicide plans!!
Now, being so familiar with the ideations that invite me to spiral down into planning suicide, I’ve learned to simply meditate and just notice what my body is feeling and thus, activate my sacral authority - COOL! There’s a wisdom there, that always reminds me of the Beauty of Life, desiring my participation.
☺️🙏🏻 thank you for talking openly about having those thoughts and feelings. I suspect many more have had suicidal ideations but do not admit it and is part of the problem. We need to break the silence. Those who do take their life were deeply rooted in their mind and denied their inner authority. That’s when having access to someone else’s outer authority can save their life but only IF they can SAY I need help.
This is one of the best explanations about the root cause of suicide. You articulated beautifully and it aligns with my research into human body and mind. As you say our bodies never will attempt this as we are hard-coded for survival. Mind seeing the exhausted and vulnerable brain play a critical role in this. However, another part of this as you also touched on briefly all sorts of addictions changing the brain chemistry. If brain does not have enough glucose, blood flow necessary for oxygen and ketone bodies are not exiting it can be traumatized. They are very complex and will not fit into a comment but I wanted to share my thoughts at a high level. I am glad you addressed your PTSD which is another complex mental health issue which can trigger or be a cause of other issues. Thank you for writing this insightful and empowering story. I enjoyed it very much and use it as a reference source.
